okay first things first, before i even watched nisekoi, i knew marika was my best girl. i just knew! i read a lot of things about her and saw tons of fanart and i immediately fell in love.
when i first watched nisekoi i was waiting for her to be mentioned or seen. i literally hyperventilated when she showed up!!!

lets talk about appearance and character design!
marika has one of the hands down best character designs around. and no, im not just saying that because i love her, shes beautiful!!!!
Her hairstyle is very creative and unique! i dont think ive ever seen a character with the same hair as her. AND OH MY GOSH DONT EVEN GET ME STARTED ON HER HAIRPIN THAT IS LITERALLY THE CUTEST THING IN THE WORLD!!!!!!

now, personality! marika is a very determined person, she literally completely changed herself just so raku would love her. which takes a lot of time and effort. she’s extremely bold and forward about her feelings towards raku/others such as chitoge and isnt afraid to speak her mind, which i really admire. she is very optimistic and prideful!
she absolutely adores her friends and would gladly do anything for them!!

in conclusion, marika is best girl and if anyone calls her a snake i will fucking go off on them!
